In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you as follows:

If you believe that your rights have been neglected or violated in any way, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/es) or the Supervisory Authority of the participant’s country of origin.

In the event that, after registration, communications are made to entities within the GT group, this must be communicated. It is understood that this may be communicated to the entity in the participant’s country of origin (and not all registrants to all GT entities). If this assumption is correct, it would suffice to inform that the data will be transferred to the firm of each participant’s country of origin.

However, it is advised not to unnecessarily extend this retention period.
